POSTAL VOTE TO CHANGE THE TRUSTEE ELECTIONS OF
TE RUNANGA O NGAI TE RANGI IWI TRUST

Postal Voting opens today (Friday 29 August) on a proposal by Te Runanga o Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trust (Runanga) to amend its Trust Deed so that the trustees that are elected to Ngai Te Rangi Settlement Trust and Nga Potiki a Tamapahore Trust automatically become the elected trustees of the Runanga.  The reasons for these changes and other information can be found in the Questions and Answers Document. A copy of the proposed amended trust deed can be downloaded here.  You can also view a copy of the recent Press Release about this kaupapa.
 
Voting Packs will be posted (Friday 29 August) to all registered members of the Runanga and voting closes 4 weeks later at 12pm, Friday 26 September 2014.  If you are not registered or you do not receive a Voting Pack by Thursday next week, you can contact the independent Returning Officer Electionz.com Freephone 0508 666 104.  They will provide you with a Special Voting Pack.

Tribal Register Update - 10/9/2014

Tena koutou,

We are currently experiencing a number of technical issues with the new Tribal Regsiter for which we apologise. We have a dedicated Team working hard to fix these problems.The new registration feature is working but the feature to update existing registrations has got the hiccups.
