POSTAL VOTE TO CHANGE THE TRUSTEE ELECTIONS OF
TE RUNANGA O NGAI TE RANGI IWI TRUST

Postal Voting opens today (Friday 29 August) on a proposal by Te Runanga o Ngāi Te Rangi Iwi Trust (Runanga) to amend its Trust Deed so that the trustees that are elected to Ngai Te Rangi Settlement Trust and Nga Potiki a Tamapahore Trust automatically become the elected trustees of the Runanga. Voting Packs will be posted (Friday 29 August) to all registered members of the Runanga and voting closes 4 weeks later at 12pm, Friday 26 September 2014. If you are not registered or you do not receive a Voting Pack by Thursday next week, you can contact the independent Returning Officer Electionz.com

if you have received your Voting Paper and wish to cast an e-Vote. You will need to enter the PIN and Password details contained on your Voting Paper.
Change in Hui Date
Please note that the Information Hui that was scheduled to take place on 5 September clashes with other events in Tauranga. Therefore the Hui will be rescheduled to another date later in September the details of which will be posted on this page from Tuesday 2 September.
