The Te Awanui, Tauranga Harbour, Iwi Management Plan
Under the Resource Management Act regional and territorial authorities must take into account the content of iwi and hapü management plans when preparing or changing regional/territorial policy or plans. This document gives direction on the perspectives of tangata whenua regarding the harbour and land management issues.
