Hazel Hape SHARED CARE Hazel is currently working within health and social services team coordinating the delivery of social work, whānau support, counselling, strengthening families and family violence services to families and whānau in need of information and support. This role also includes liaising and supporting staff. I am available Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 8.30am-4pm.

My family moved to Tauranga Moana when I was 14yrs old, and have lived here since. I am the mother of a beautiful 3 year old girl. I am the Home Support Co-ordinator for Ngai Te Rangi Iwi. It is a very rewarding and fulfilling role that allows me to give back to our community in particular to our Kaumatua and kuia.
